It is a versatile ingredient that can be incorporated in all three meals. I always keep some blanched and ready in my fridge. Evening snacks. Milk is rich in lactose and carbs. Avoid it on a Keto diet. However, you can have yogurt, cheese and cottage cheese in moderation and do keep a strict watch, on whether they you throw you out of ketosis or let you be. Somedays I replace the peanuts with 6 almonds and 4 halves of walnuts. Most of the time I have black coffee or green tea. This brings me to the end of the Diet Plan for Monday – Day 1.
